Group No.26

Visits are made to churches, mostly within 20 miles of Salisbury. We look at the development of the church over time, the architecture, social history, epitaphs and memorials, stained glass and other decorative details. Speakers from the church are sometimes available or we do our own research to relay to members at our visits. Members are encouraged to take a turn to select a church, find a speaker and to book a pub where we can take lunch afterwards.
